As the HSEQ Manager with a Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety, Katie successfully oversees ISO certifications (ISO 45001 OHS & ISO 9001 Quality). Leading initiatives such as “Monthly Mindful Mondays” to promote health, safety, and mental wellness. Katie’s responsibilities encompass leading the implementation of safety processes, development of comprehensive documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting thorough audits and training sessions, investigating incidents with diligence, and advocating for "Home Safe Always," to maintain a safe working environment.

He is a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) and National Engineering Register (NER) in both Mechanical and Electrical disciplines. Jie is also a Certified Machinery Safety Expert according to TUV NORD. He has over 20 years of experience in the design and implementation of control systems in FMCG and water treatment industries. Jie cares about safety and will be very happy to pass critical information to managers, engineers, machine operators and trades at different levels.

Automation Technician
Eion is a licensed electrician & CMSE Certified professional with extensive experience in electrical systems, automation, and safety. His career spans roles in high-speed packaging, electrical drafting, and breakdown response, leading to his current focus on project management, risk assessment, and safety validation at MEX Engineering Group. Trained in pneumatics, hydraulics, and Allen Bradley PLCs, Eion is passionate about workplace safety—having chaired WH&S committees and led key initiatives such as developing policies and digitising electrical drawings. He also plays a key role in apprentice development, with decades of hands-on experience making him a highly valued mentor in training the next generation of tradespeople.
