These services play a critical role within every leg and across every trading partner in the supply chain and CHEP’s Plastic Pallet washing site runs 24/7 with Min 3 Extra production shifts most weekends with fortnightly maintenance shifts managed by MEX Engineering Group.

Our team provide 24 hr operational assistence plus 4 overtime weekend shifts to ensure all preventative maintenance is carried out as necessary.

We organise all necessary trades, work lists, sourcing parts and the scheduling of repairs.
We have a team of 3 Maintenance Electricians to maintain the plant as well as organising all necessary parts and trade requirements.

In that time we have controlled the site, downtime has decreased significantly and whilst we can’t provide exact details of the value of MEX Engineering Group’s involvment, at circa $7K per hour, any downtime saved is a considerable saving across the operation of the business.

Mex Engineering Group has now been brought into CHEP’s brand new site in Kemps Creek, supplying 2 electricians across various shifts to rectify mechanical issues. Our relationship with clients like CHEP is reflective of the value and impact the MEX Engineering Group team can have across many facets of of a buinesses operations.
